Excellent location to the beach. Beautiful view from the deck. Minor maintenance issues. Refrigerator gasket coming loose and futon difficult to use but that is minor in a rental. Very happy with our stay.

4423 Central has an awesome view and location. The unit is nicely appointed but lacks maintenance. The family had an awesome week and we intend to rent the same week next year. We are there for the ocean. We had to open the shower drain. Biggest complaint is maintenance.

Some minor repairs to the kitchen floor near the island ——some turned up edges needs to be fixed.
Oven is really dirty. Can use some new frying pans.
They are old and no longer sit flat on the burners.

I loved the location and size of our property. Honestly food it dirty and a bits dated, but will look for another beach front property that same week. Would even consider this property again. Just need to be prepared to clean it myself again.
