Downtown shops and restaurants are only a short walk away. It is located on a quiet, one way, tree-lined street in the heart of Ocean City, New Jersey. The condo features a spacious open-concept living room and fully-equipped kitchen, a master bedroom with master bath, two other bedrooms and a loft, main bath with washer and dryer in the unit, central air and ceiling fans in living room and bedrooms. This vacation home sleeps 10 with 8 beach tags provided for your use, as well as, Comcast cable TV and WiFi . The exterior features a front deck, a private outdoor shower, a grill, and two assigned parking spaces. Relax with your family in America's Greatest Family Resort. Also no smoking and no pets are allowed on premises.

Home near the boardwalk
The condo is located at the northern end of the commercial boardwalk strip, only a couple of blocks from Gillian's Wonderland Pier and on a small, quiet side street. The property is kind of ideal for a large family group with just a couple of young children, because there are rooms that include a single bed + queen/full bed. (Bunk beds are not recommended for those under six years!) It is a very pleasant space with decent amenities and a view of the boardwalk and Gillian's. Communication with the owner went well, and check-in/out was easy.

Great visit home
Having grown up in OC, but now living away, it was great to be back in town, to stay so close to the boardwalk, and to have such wonderful accommodations. It’s not fancy, but it’s nice and comfortable. Owner, Anthony, is a tremendous man and lives close by. With quick and easy access to the beach, the Wonderland amusement park, and the boardwalk it’s hard to beat this location!

Memorial Day Week in OCNJ
We had a lovely stay at Anthony's home. The property was as described and we had no issues. Anthony was very responsive, and easy to work with. The home was lovely, with plenty of space and amenities. Would absolutely return and recommend to others.

Pleasant stay during a busy holiday weekend!
We had a lovely stay during a busy holiday weekend! Condo is located on a one way street, so not that many cars/people passing by.. fairly quiet even though close to the rides. So close to the boardwalk! Communication with owner was great! Clear and to the point, clearly has experience with the business. Clean condo space! Cute lofty space for 4th bedroom space. Bedrooms have one queen and one twin per room except master with bath which is just queen. Definitely not for anyone who has any issues with stairs but good exercise for anyone else. Stairs were very sturdy. Grill is at bottom of stairs near outside shower. Everything is clearly labeled. Will for sure use again if ever available. Parking was under condo in shade. Doors to outside deck opened smoothly.

Very nice beach house with convenient location.
Our family enjoyed this house and will try to rent it next year. The house was clean and had plenty of space for our entire family. It is located on the north end of OCNJ just 1 block from the boardwalk. There are a lot of steps to go up and down, so take this into consideration if you have anyone in you group that has trouble climbing steps.Overall it was a very enjoyable vacation.

House was nice and clean. I appreciate that there were 8 season beach badges included.
Beach is quite crowdwd in this area due to some larger hotels and condos nearby. There was also a sports facility 1/2 block away with basketball courts which was nice. Good location if you like being close to boardwalk. Quiet street. Nice neighbors. Owner was responsive and easy to deal with. Lots of stairs if that is an issue for you.

Nice place in a great location
Several generations of my family vacationed here for a week at the beginning of August,, and loved it. The house was spacious and lovely, with lots of low-key "beachy" decor, plenty of space for all of us to spread out or be together, and all of the amenities we needed to be comfortable. The unit was very clean when we arrived, and well stocked with cleaning supplies. It has two off-street parking spaces: so convenient! The outdoor shower is private and enclosed. And the location was stellar, just a block from the beach and boardwalk. We were initially concerned that our proximity to the Wonderland pier might make it noisy, but when the windows were closed, it was totally quiet inside the house. The only couple of downsides were the very steep stairs to get to the unit, and the lack of comfortable porch furniture. This was a great rental and we would stay again or recommend it to friends.

Wonderful Property, Great Location
We spent the Memorial Day holiday weekend in this beautiful condo. There were 11 of us for a family get together to celebrate my husband's birthday. The condo is clean, well cared for and is very spacious. The owner, Anthony is very pleasant to work with. We will definitely book this condo again when we are back in Ocean City.
