Location of property was perfect. Sleeping set up was a perfect fit for family (Beds were terrible).
A house that sleeps eight should have a table for eight and seating for eight around the TV.

Great view from deck. Mattresses in 3 of 4 bedrooms should be replaced. Broken furniture on back deck. Front door entry handle did not work. Broken shelves in the refrigerator and missing shelves in the freezer. No vacuum cleaner. House needs updating

Great location and easy access to the beach. However, the house needs maintanence. 2 toilets are old and prone to clogging. The refrigerator needs to be replaced. Temperatures in freezer and refrigerator were unstable. Pans in kitchen were unusable and unsafe. Wine glasses were cracked . Utensils were sparce.Gutters had holes and leaked. All beds were uncomfortable.

House has excellent views and accessibility to beach. Beautiful deck and lots of bathrooms. Beach is very wide. House is in need of new beds in 3 out of 4 bedrooms. Beds were so bad, people had difficulty sleeping in them.

Our family has been renting in Ocean City for well over 60 years! It is our "Happy Place". Love the off season too when there are fewer crowds on the beaches and boardwalk. We'll continue to rent for many years! Thank you for your excellent service, Berger Realty through the years!
