Clean and close to the beach. The air conditioning did not cool off the top floor very well. Fans in those rooms would have been helpful short term but there appears to be some loose duct work that would need repairs for future seasons.

3139 Central was a fine vacation rental, completely met our needs albeit there was at least one item not quite working to expectations (outdoor shower not functional). It was clean, lots of space, great proximity to the beach and other amenities. Very glad we chose this one.

3139 Central 2nd level. fyi...
In addition to 3 bedrooms on 2nd level there are 2 bedrooms and one bath on third level. There are no ceiling fans in these BRs.
Additionally one bedroom does not have any ventilation either. It was very warm. The bath also is not vented. Luckily we brought a couple floor fans. Although it’s a terrific location with five bedrooms, 3 bath, we would not return to this rental.

I had a wonderful time with my family. The house was wonderful and accommodated my family. The only complaint that I heard from my family was that some of the beds felt hard. Otherwise, the property would have been excellent.
