Property was dirty… everything was filmy with lauers of dust on knick knacks, glassware, and toulet backs. carpets on deck were torn and a trip hazard. Mold came out of hallway tub drain. Mold in master bedroom bath. Towel holders in master bath couldnt be used due to Screws hanging from walls. Berger was great. The property was not.

Carpets were already ordered but didn't arrive in time of your stay. We should have removed the old carpets. We do all the cleaning to ensure things are done thoroughly. This is the first time in 9 years that someone stated our property was dirty.

Our family had a wonderful vacation at 8 Lincoln Place. It was a beautiful property. I plan to continue renting with Berger and Susan! I am very satisfied!

We were hesitant on taking vacation in NJ because of the governor and all the changes due to Covid. However, the people of OCNJ were remarkable as usual. Agent, home owner, merchants were all in that category. Makes me have second thoughts if this pandemic is truly a crisis or just another virus we have to face as a human being like colds and flu. Everyone was fantastic at Berger. Thank you.
