There were no beach tags (which are usually with the house. House was clean, new and comfortable.
No balcony chairs in back.

Rental had several light bulbs out. Could use some better porch furniture. Only had 4 wine glasses. Could use some more glassware. Cleaning is a little suspect. Found child’s bathing suit under sink in master bath.

The neighbor on the right have side was a huge distraction. Dirty looks, taking about our behaviors to others, very very unwelcoming
We are very dissatisfied with having our family drsggged through that and will not go to back to that property

The property was not very clean when we arrived. I am not sure if you have a cleaning service that comes in in between rentals. The floors were particularly filthy. Otherwise the rental process itself was very smooth.

The rental property could use some curtains or something to contain the sound in the open living (kitchen/dining/living room) space. Otherwise, the rental worked out real well for our family.

This was our third rental through Berger. We have been impressed with the excellent service we have received. The check-in and check-out process is awesome!! Not one minute of our vacation time is ever wasted waiting in line during check-in or check-out. We recommend Berger to everyone that is interested in vacationing in Ocean City, NJ!!
