There are beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards and beach cart on the Twelve Twenty Three side of the building off the garage that can be used. To the north you'll have rides, arcades, food stores, and shops for about mile and then about another mile of open boardwalk. The beach is accessible anywhere from the boardwalk with Life Guard stations located every block.

Head west down 12th street for 3 blocks and you'll reach a covered fishing pavilion. This is a public pavilion where you can fish and crab on the bay. They is also parking and fishing piers located off of the 9th street bridge

Head North down Asbury and you'll be in the downtown area of Ocean City. Here you'll find shops and of course, more places to eat.
