The house is in a beautiful location, and it's a great set up overall. However, the living room furniture is very uncomfortable and rickety and is effectively old porch furniture. One real couch would genuinely make the whole stay so much more comfortable. It's also a challenge if you have little ones because there are so many delicate knick knacks around, and the steep attic stairs are a challenge for taller people.

The experience w Joan was once again super. She is a pro and very personable. She is why we come back every year. The property was perfect,,one compliant is the furniture was very uncomfortable, it's porch furniture substituting as living room furniture. Very tough to fully relax.
