Living room furnishings were very thin, to say the least.
Kudos to the agent that assisted in cleaning up the trash on the sidewalk that had been picked apart by seagulls. Way above and beyond the call of duty!!

The house is at a great location and is in good shape. We enjoyed the deck overlooking the boardwalk. Not much view of the ocean but that was fine for us. The kitchen is well equipped and the bathrooms worked well. We would have liked having a full sized vacuum to clean up but we tried our best with the small one provided. We look forward to renting the same unit next year.

My family has been renting in OC for years and through Berger for most of that time. We always appreciate the customer service and you have become part of our OC tradition. I would also like to specifically mention how great the condition of our place was this year - the cleaning person clearly did an exceptional job!

Loved the house - it would be nice to have ceiling fans or box fans
Toilets are very short
Sofas need to be cleaned / replaced

Rental not cleaned to our expectations on arrival given the current corvid 19 pandemic. Considering the rental cost, should have thorough cleaning by professionals between renters. Consider replacing several mattresses.
In general very pleased with the location and unit as well as responsiveness of agent.
