Everything was good except the internet which was important to me since I work from home or wherever I am staying. Trouble connecting, never got computer connected at all.

Response from the Owner:
My apologies for your trouble connecting. No one else in any of the other 8 units reported connection problems during that particular period, and since I am the president of the condo association, I would have been notified. However occasionally there is a tenant who is a power user and utilizes much of the bandwidth, in one case we had a tenant who moved his entire office into a unit. In unit 2B, we installed a booster box to help alleviate that occasional issue. The current tenant has no connection issues, and all summer no other connection problems occurred that I am aware of, so I can only surmise there must have been a power user in the building at that time. We will check the internet system September 7th. Again, my apologies.April 2025, we have installed another server (total of 2) which should prevent any further problems with connections.

Umbrella on side deck has a base that is decaying. Neighbor to left of 2B has air conditioning that is extremely noisey at times. Minor complaints. 2B is beautiful and comfortable. Meets all my needs. The only reason I do not book in advance is that I am 90 now and not sure if present health will continue. I have rented at Top of Waves many times, various flats. I consider it a rare treasure to find small beachfront rental and I hope to return. Quite sentimental about the town. I have visited almost every year since age 5. Thanks.

Thank you for your comments. Rust is a continuous problem at the shore, particularly with beachfront units. We did replace the umbrella base that had deteriorated. Unfortunately there is little we can do with our neighbor's air conditional units. We experience the same noise when we stay there, but it's a common problem with houses so close together at the shore (They must experience the noise coming from our wall units that face their building).

1. Susan has taken great care of my family and me for years. She as an amazing asset to Berger Realty. I will continue to use Berger for as long as she is there. 2. Upon arrival to my rental unit I coincidentally met Vince, the owner. He was helpful, friendly, and made us feel welcome. As with Susan, I consider him a friend and part of our vacation family. 3.
