This house was beautiful and so clean. The location was perfect for the boardwalk and beach! The only downside was we had the bottom unit and it does not seem like there is a lot of insulation or padding between floors. There was a large group upstairs and we heard every footstep and the moving of chairs constantly into the very late hours of the night. Overall though, LOVED this place and would consider renting the upstairs unit because of how clean this property is kept and how amazing the location is.

My family became hooked up with Berger Realty through our Agent Lee Misal. We met Lee years ago when she worked for a real estate company at the boardwalk ramp at 15th and Ocean Ave. Ever since that day (rental week) we have been friends with her and she is an outstanding agent and friend. Think it’s over 20 - 25 years!!!!!
