The unit was satisfactory
The location was #1- the unit itself was second best
It definitely needs a kitchen remodel & the cleaning service did not do a good job with the sofas>sloppy presentation & food bits found under cushions
The carpets did not appear vacuumed

Margarita is an excellent realtor. I happened on her by chance while looking for a rental quite late in the season. Margarita went out of her way to find us exactly what we needed in exactly the location we needed despite our very late start. I am deeply grateful to her for helping us.

Sliding door from master bedroom to deck camecoff track! We were able to replace it and luckily no one injured. Wood around door appears to be rotted and in need of repair.
