Our rental unit was newly renovated & very nice. Our only complaint is that on arrival the cleaning service was only there for a very short time (15 minutes?) & only quickly wiped down the bathrooms & kitchen counters & fridge. Floors were not vacuumed or cleaned & bathroom rugs were not washed. Although it was in good condition, we feel that for the prices you pay for rentals the place should be thoroughly cleaned. I vacuumed, cleaned bathrooms more thoroughly & washed the bathroom rugs on arrival & cleaned again on departure.

Charming and bright beach house recently redecorated and centrally located to the beach and boardwalk. Located just 5 houses from the boardwalk/beach it is close enough to walk back for lunch. Sneak a peek of the water from the large front porch furnished with a seating area for 4 and a table for 6 to enjoy OC all day long. Open concept dining and living room featuring a Roku TV. There is sleeping for 6 and an outside shower for showering after long days at the beach. The kitchen is fully equipped, or if you don't feel like cooking, take a walk up to the boardwalk, town or the local market.

Beautiful newer 5 bedroom property nicely decorated. Great location, walking distance to everything. Garage parking with space behind the garage for additional parking. Outside shower, washer/dryer, covered porch and much more!
