A/C broke down, roof leaked. A/c was fixed within 24 hours, the leak had minimal impact on our stay.

Had a great time. Really appreciated the signage in the house. It helped us care for the place better. Loved the top deck and front porch and the high ceilings. We would certainly rent again vacation time permitting.
