Description
3728 Waterview is one of five matching bay front single homes clustered around extensive decking and a large pool. Each house has its own boat slip and jet ski slip with ladder into the bay that comes with the property for the rental week. Boat slip will fit up to 11 feet wide boats. If you pull in it will fit boats up to 23 fl. long. (Experienced boaters that can back in will be able fit a 30 fl long boat). A direct western exposure offers Ocean City's best sunsets.
House interior and exterior renovated 2018-2022. Comes with beach tags chairs and umbrellas, natural gas outdoor grill, drip coffee maker and filters, Nespresso machine and Breville Express espresso maker, three hybrid bikes, one beach cruiser, a two-person kayak and a four-person raft, both with electric inflation.
This four level home sleeps 12 with natural hardwood on all floors, level 2 new in 2025 and level 4 new in 2021. It has ceiling fans throughout and central air, Zone 1 installed 2022 and Zone 2 installed 2025. An Xfinity Pro 400 MPS router provides internet and cable TV. On each floor are WiFi signal boosters, flat panel TVs and Rokus. Park two cars in the oversized attached garage and three more outside in the driveway. On account of the location and lot sizes, the surrounding streets are virtually empty of cars. Level one features a large great room, upgraded kitchen, granite tops, newer SS appliances, center island, gas fireplace, half bath, living and dining area open to a private deck with shaded porch furnished with upholstered recliners, dining table with umbrella, and a full bay view. Level two features three sizable guest rooms (BR 1 has 2 bunk beds, full on bottom twin on top, sleeps six; BRs 2 and 3 have queen beds) laundry, full bath, and furnished balcony with ceiling fan overlooking the meadow. Level three features another even bigger great room, gas fireplace, cathedral ceiling and a large furnished outdoor deck with cantilevered umbrella overlooking the bay.
Lastly the master retreat on level four, renovated in 2021. King bed with adjustable frame, cathedral ceiling, mini fridge, furnished balcony with ceiling fan overlooking the meadow, and an adjoining master bath containing a large shower with a 2.5 gpm rain head and 2.5 gpm spray wand, new hot water heater and water pump, Jacuzzi tub, double sink and toilet sprayer. Dogs (no cats) are welcome for a pet fee of $200.00.
