Loved the property, the only suggestions I would make are:
Need larger size pots and pans (hard to cook pasta, corn on the cob, etc.,, hooks to hang wet bath towels, bathrobes, etc., clothesline for beach towels and swimsuits.

Rental unit was filthy, especially kitchen area. Refrigerator and microwave were filthy both inside and outside. Dishes were left in the dishwasher. Apparently previous tenant placed dishes in dishwasher, ran the dishwasher and left. One pot that had been used for mac & cheese was put away without cleaning. Bathroom shower doors were not cleaned. A fly swatter was left on the dining room table. Ant traps were left on the kitchen counter tops. Broken shells on the floor. Took us approx. 2.5 hrs to clean place. Quite evident that no one inspected home before our arrival. Landlord is definitely an absentee landlord, or previous tenants were slobs..

Loved the house, but felt kitchen needed more pots did not even have a baking pan, other than that was a great house was nice and clean!

Furniture was a bit uncomfortable. When I looked at 0ropery online I didn't realize there was a shared laundry
