Nice house.. just too many steps. Would be nice to have a bathroom/ even a half bath on the first floor.

1702 Wesley was a great location for our large family. Lots of open space on the first floor, and we loved the back deck for dining and relaxing. Sleeping was off the first level,which we liked to help our tired kids asleep. Basement bedroom and TV room were adequately clean and not musty, as in some other ground floor rentals. Additional 3 bedrooms on second floor slept 3 couples. The attic bedroom with 6 twins was air conditioned and comfortable and made a great teen hangout. Back yard space for games & our DIY crafts. Several bikes in garage for our use!

Graham Ginn is always excellent to work with. And as far as our property rental this year, it also was excellent except for the overwhelming plug in room refreshener smell in every room.

1702 Wesley Ave... the house was gorgeous and super family friendly! A couple suggestions... this house had 5 bedrooms and stated occupancy was 14... however, there were hardly any bowls and enough silverware... Also, it was obvious this house is used as a personal family vacation home for the owners and not just as a rental... however, it was difficult to determine what was for use by us... cupboards with personal items were not locked... there was food, hygiene, towels, and even wine all out... it was not clear what should and shouldn’t be used and minimal instructions left did not clarify... some things just seemed missed like loofahs, bars of soap, and towels hanging on bathroom doors... there was also a nice crockpot in the pictures online, which I was planning on using... however this was not in the house...
As I said, these things did not keep us from enjoying our stay, just suggestions... we would absolutely consider staying here again!
