Covered furnished deck with views of the ocean and boardwalk. Assigned off street parking, outside shower and elevator. (Pool open daily 10 to 5 mid June to mid September. Very clean Great place to stay and enjoy Ocean City!

Berger was great and Cynthia was excellent. Our rental property was fine (location and price were excellent). However the inside was not amazing. The bed is a double (not queen as advertised), the shower was poor (very bad water pressure) and there was very little room to put anything (no where for suitcases, no where for our items bc too many picture frames and trinkets sitting around). Again, location and price were excellent so we are satisfied but just wished the inside was a bit better.

The only difficulty is the keys for the BEACHES door downstairs. But I'm sure you have heard about that. Everyone gets frustrated. You have to jiggle and have patience to get them to work. Other then that it's perfect.
