This house was on the beach behind a dune. The location was lovely but the appliances were worn. The washer would not drain unless on permanent press for some reason. I've stayed at other houses that were a street back from the beach and the accomodations were more user friendly and cleaner. The outside shower was not appealing, It was under the house and not open to the air. The kitchen utensils were average with the knives being dull for simply cutting bread. The ice maker was a nice feature but the over flow of water would not drain. We had to put a dish towel down to soak up the water or it would overflow onto the floor. Having the beach tags was a plus.

Mostly good. The master bathroom was ridiculously small. The laundry room needs a light. The trash cans were packed tight in crates that only very strong people can lift them out. Plus multiple rooms had ants. Bedrooms were good. Porch was great.

Lori has always been very attentive to my annual rental. She is thorough and always available! 😎
The rental unit was nice ... outside furniture not real comfortable - like to sit on the deck and that was not as enjoyable as in past years. Everything else was good- see you all next year!!

I was beyond thrilled with the whole experience. The property 5037 Central Ave was wonderful. The thing I really appreciated about Berger is the teamwork exhibited by the folks. They seemed to really support each other while focusing on ME (the customer)... nice!
