Mostly good. The master bathroom was ridiculously small. The laundry room needs a light. The trash cans were packed tight in crates that only very strong people can lift them out. Plus multiple rooms had ants. Bedrooms were good. Porch was great.

Lori has always been very attentive to my annual rental. She is thorough and always available! 😎 The rental unit was nice ... outside furniture not real comfortable - like to sit on the deck and that was not as enjoyable as in past years. Everything else was good- see you all next year!!

We have rented the same home for about 10 years and love the home and the closeness to the beach. The owner keeps it in good repair and has replaced some items over the years which is much appreciated.

I was beyond thrilled with the whole experience. The property 5037 Central Ave was wonderful. The thing I really appreciated about Berger is the teamwork exhibited by the folks. They seemed to really support each other while focusing on ME (the customer)... nice!

**Water View/ Beach Block Location ! This 1st floor unit is only steps to the beach. Your ocean view from the living room is spectacular ! The large kitchen offers all conveniences to make meal time easy. The open floor plan keeps everyone involved with the conversations and fun. The unit sleeps 8 people. There are are 4 large Bedrooms.... 2 Bedrooms have Queen Size beds and  the other 2 bedrooms have 2 Twin size Beds in each room with bureaus. The closet are large and will provide ample storage for you during you visit to Ocean City, New Jersey.  There is a large front porch for enjoying Ocean Views while gathering with family and friends. Also there is a large rear porch with private access from 2 rear bedrooms. Please view the attached photos for review. There are three cable TVs, an outside shower after a day on the beach to wash off . Also there is parking off street for 3 cars. Enjoy OCNJ!
