The TV remote did not work properly. Must be fixed or replaced before we rent this place again.

Great location. Property was not clean when we commenced rental. AC was operable, but weak. Appliances long overdue for replacement - stove was only marginally operable. Would not rent that particular property again.

Over all the place was good. Not to be critical. But just some heads up and observations.
Upon arrival it was obvious that people beat the place up pretty good during the season which is sad. It wasn’t as clean as it could be in addition to mattress pads and one mattress was pretty nasty.
Also.... we had ants all week in the kitchen, on countertops and dining room which ant traps I purchased not a help.
Layout and accommodations were great.... but unfortunately I guess a long season it is what it is with a rental property.

NOT HAPPY FROM OWNER WITH HAVING TO WAIT FOR A REPAIR TO A FAILING REFRIGERATOR FREEZER...5 DAYS FOR PARTS . After paying nearly 4 grand for the week, a working refrigerator is not to much to ask. They are paying supposedly for food lost though.

The property was excellent but there were no directions for the elaborate tv system and some channels were even in another language. I feel directions should have been left for that. Everything else was fine and it was a quiet rental which was exceptionally a plus.
