Great location. Minimal steps. Has everything you need for a week at the beach. Slightly outdated but well kept. Easy to get to and from the beach. Parking available too! We’re on year 3 at the same house! Highly recommended

The house is spacious, and the location is good, but it could be better kept up. And there really ought to be a working can opener in the place. Also, one corner of the master bath shower doesn't drain, so soap slime builds up there.

The property is clean and well kept. The half bath door does not lock. The dishwasher is not mounted and loose. The porch is nice but gets blasted with sun. Shades would be a nice addition. Deck furniture was upgraded from last year.
