Upstairs and downstairs apartments were rented for the week.

Interior was very nice. Parking area is tight and there is no garage, only a small shed with a padlock. Stairs to the top floor are a bit wobbly. Railings on stairs and deck are also not very sturdy. Master bathroom door has no lock. Wifi did not work. Easy walk to the 16th St beach, which is not overcrowded.

There were not screens in about 80% of the window. This was fine for us, as we just ran the AC all weekend, but as an owner he would probably want to have them in to keep the cost of AC down. Great time, Great house.
