This property has lots of space and is in an excellent location which are its two greatest features. We also appreciated the central air conditioning and on-site washer and dryer. You can tell the owners are trying to modernize the interior; however, it has not been renovated expertly. There are missing baseboards throughout the property barely concealed by furniture. There are also areas along the border of the room where there are missing floor planks. When we arrived the room was not cleaned well. There was food under one of the beds and dirty handprints on the walls. It could benefit from a better cleaning crew.
