This home is close to everything.  The beach and boardwalk are only a block away.  Shops on Asbury are two blocks away, including Starbucks, Bennys, Sun Rise Caf, and John B Good Ice Cream all within a few minutes walk.

The house was not as "cozy" as the previous year. It seemed very sterile, lacking items in the kitchen. The house the previous years allowed us to use beach tags. That was a real plus!

Escape to the beach in this very spacious (2500 sq ft) 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom house (1 full bathroom ground level), ideally located 1 1/2 blocks from the beach, boardwalk, shopping and fun!

It has a large open floor plan, with a beautiful well stocked kitchen and center island, as well as cathedral ceilings throughout.

The rooms are spacious, inviting and comfortable for families or groups of up to 16. Every bedroom has a TV and ceiling fan.

Three separate spacious decks the front main with an awning (facing east to provide morning sun and afternoon shade), rear wrap around deck, and the very large exclusive rooftop deck. 

Steps away from the boardwalk's best attractions like Playland's Castaway Cove, Golden Galleon, Congo Falls, Jilly's Arcade, the Surf Mall, Manco & Manco, and more. A short walk west you will find Starbucks and other coffee shops, Bungalow Bowls, Cinco De Mayo, Hooked on Breakfast, and the other great restaurants and shops of Asbury Avenue and the downtown area.

There are up to 6 off street parking spots in total  up to 4 cars parking in the garage and 2 more spots in the driveway.

Upgrades this past year include adding mounted TVs in every room, new beds, new patio furniture, new dining room furniture, new hot water heater and more. 

In 2023 we will be updating the flooring, kitchen, and window treatments.
