Just a two minute walk to the beach, the house offers a full gourmet open layout kitchen with granite countertop and farm sink, beautiful backsplash and stainless steel appliances. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, flatware, pots and pans, beverage cooler, coffee maker, crock pot, food processor, blender, etc. There are 5 parking spaces - one in the garage and 4 in the driveway. There are smart TVs in five bedrooms, den, and one in the living area. Layout description: Large dining table with 10 chairs, bench seat, and counter seating for 5. Covered patio with beautiful trendy outdoor seating. Bedroom descriptions; 1st room - king suite, deck, full bath, TV. 2nd room - queen suite, deck, full bath, TV. 3rd room - queen suite, full bath, TV. 4th room - bunk bed twin top, full bottom and extra twin pullout, TV. 5th room - 4 twin bunk beds, TV, 6th room - twin sofa bed, TV. Full and half baths in hallway. House sleeps 15 guests. The home is smoke free and pet free. Owner provides 10 beach tags, 10 beach chairs, beach wagon, wonder wheeler beach cart, and a BBQ grill. Each bed has a quilt and pillows on the bed. Rental also includes outdoor enclosed shower, a foldable Pack n Play baby crib and an EV charger in the garage (must bring your own cable).
