Good size master ensuite bedroom. LArge living area and seating. Other rooms on small side. Wonderful that all paper products were included (wish we knew before hand, as we brought our own - rental agency did not list that nice info). Clean, stocked with some spices, etc, great utensils and quality cookware, small appliances included. Just bring round coffee filters and your food items. Roomy refrigerator with icemaker. Very close to quiet end of the beach. Fun rooftop deck, and porch. Fully stocked beach amenities in closet, including nice shower, in covered carport!

Great location for the beach—just a short walk to the beach and some local shops, which made getting around easy. The house had more bed linens than listed, which was a nice surprise. On the downside, it wasn’t the cleanest upon arrival, the outdoor furniture felt oversized for the space, and the rooftop canopy didn’t work. Families with young kids should bring outlet covers or other babyproofing items. Overall, a convenient beach stay!

It needed deep cleaned, behind beds lots of dust, under couch lots of dust, drawers had crumbs. Bathroom door wouldn’t shut, hard for a week stay with 8 people walking in on everyone going to the bathroom. Other than that the house was great, overall major areas were clean just those places that need attention every once in a while.

Beautiful Home
I highly recommend this for a vacation rental. This unit is very clean, comfortable, and a quick walk to the beach. I have no complaints.

Great location and the rooftop was an excellent bonus.
There was a large kitchen table and couch for everyone to gather, which is not always the case. The property is great for kids, and families.

I would suggest having oven mitts and dish towels in the kitchen. Also some type of coverage on the front windows/ sliding glass door. It was a very nice rental in our favorite location - thanks
