This OCNJ home was perfect for our two families of four. Location is great. The home is exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated. We had everything we needed and more including a very well supplied kitchen, games, and even some beach supplies. The elevator was very useful. The recommended linen service was perfect for bed linens and towels. We had a wonderful week at the shore and could not have been happier throughout our stay.

The property was excellent. Everything was clean, in good condition and as pictured. We loved the location, only a few minutes to the beach, playground and restaurants. We would rent this property again.

Great location for walking to beach. Newer property with elevator that made move-in/out much easier for 2nd floor. Nicely furnished. The property sleeps 8 but there were not enough towel racks in the bathrooms for 8 people to hang wet towels or any drying racks for wet bathing suits. Outside shower couldn't be used as no hooks to hang towel or clothes or any room to put hooks without getting items wet. Too pricey for only added convenience of elevator as compared to other properties previously rented.

Tanya is amazing. I have used her for many years. I am a horrible client, I am hard to get ahold of and super busy and she just rolled with the punches and is always upbeat and helpful. I appreciate her and bc of her will continue to use Berger.
