Second year renting this property and was disappointed that nothing was improved…no outside table, so-so furniture on porch. Will not rent here again.

property needs updated garage door needs painted carpet showing wear. also 2year in a row john has to put all can's out completed filled saturday former tenants never put out. and tenants on 2nd fl didn't put out or put back
