Everything was wonderful except neighbor above was extremely nasty, and had left elevator accordion door open and wouldn’t listen to Jeff Haas when he tried to explain to her.
I offered to help her with her luggage and items when she first got there and she tried to shut garage door on me!!
Her husband was very kind and unfortunately he was in bad health.
We still had a wonderful time and my 96 year old mother-in-law walked up and down the steps when the neighbor left the elevator door open.
We were able to use elevator when we got there and when we left which was most important!!
Didn’t let it ruin our time!😊

This year we noticed that the cleaning crew could have done a better job. The ceiling fans needed cleaning and the walls in the master were very dusty.

Stay was definitely clouded by loud banging noise 2' from my pillow whenever the a/c came on. Called Sunday to report it; maint. man came out Tues am and fixed it easily; cover on return air duct in hallway is loose and bangs with vibration of air moving thru. This is obviously not a new issue; condition should be fixed permanently. He removed cover and put it in laundry closet. Lost 3 nights sleep over it. Also sofa bed in ground floor room is mildewed; smell is overwhelming as you walk downstairs; really should not be used until mattress is replaced ad dehumidifier put into service in that room in the summer.

Living space was a bit undersized for the number of people advertised. For example, dinner table only sat 8 while property slept 12. Ditto for couch area. Otherwise, great location and great property!
