Rental property desperately needs a new queen mattress. Rental may also benefit from a dehumidifier to get rid of the musty smell.

owners are delightful and accommodating
if there is a one suggested improvement, it would only be the shower unit inside the ground floor unit that we rent, though its condition is satisfactory in function the condition will not keep us from returning

For us, Ocean City since childhood and now 65+, this is a very nice and still affordable efficiency rental that meets our needs with ready accessibility to the beach and downtown.

Very spacious option for a family with small kids. We appreciated having a full kitchen setup and a separate bedroom. Clean and well-maintained plus a great location with walking distancing to the beach, boardwalk and Asbury shops. We had a great stay!

just a note for the property owner 811 wesley ground floor -- we love this rental -- a note is that the ceiling above the shower had slight mildew that we cleaned off -- not enough air movement in bath - would suggest ceiling or wall to exterior fan or a small fan to circulate air to prevent mildew formation -- thanks for a great rental apartment - we'll be beck.
