The property was neat and clean. The decor was dated but we value clean more. The neighborhood was quiet so great for people with young kids but it is a bit of a walk to get to the popular areas in town.

Hello,
We are property owners down beach in Ventnor. We are unable to use our property as it is a year round rental. I've been to OC boardwalk countless times, but this was my first experience renting in OC. We chose this rental due to pet friendly. Loved the front porch with locked gate for Molly. WiFi connection was very poor. TV channels extremely limited. Would recommend to owner having a SmartTV so renters could use their Netflix accounts. Would recommend Berger Realty in the future. Thank you.
