Description

Beautiful home on a quiet street in OCNJ! Our home is just a short walk to the beach and boardwalk attractions and was renovated just last year! The Kitchen is well-appointed with new appliances, cookware, and utensils (we love to cook). Amenities include a large smart TV with cable service, WiFi, DVD player, and classic board games. 

The bedrooms comfortably sleep eight:
- The master suite has a King size bed. 
- The 2nd bedroom has a queen size adjustable bed.
- The 3rd bedroom has a full size/twin size bunk bed with 2nd twin available as a trundle. 

There is a large covered balcony with awnings and two ceiling fans.

There is a private cabana shower on the ground level with a changing area.

For the beach we provide beach tags, beach chairs, buggy, and kids toys.

Adult and kids bikes included!

Bocce court, including balls.

Spacious two car garage can accommodate two full-size SUVs!

I have rented for the past 5 years with no problem with the rental property . I try to contact my agent to see if I can get in early and avoid the crowds. I rented for a month this year but I got no response until the morning when I arrived and then was told I could have come the night before because the people who own the place had notified Berger but told me on the morning.

This property is located in Ocean City, New Jersey, America s Greatest Family Resort. Ocean City is a family resort town located on an island along the Atlantic Ocean 15 miles south of Atlantic City. The beaches are lifeguard protected during the summer season and there are dedicated surfing beaches.
