The home was lovely, new & very comfortable. The weather was terrible so we spent lots of time indoors. We loved the elevator for moving all our stuff in & out; the bikes & assortment of beach gear; the kitchen was well-stocked & orderly; the house was clean; it was thoughtful to have extra small refrigerators; the bench & row of hooks on the ground floor when we returned one night soaking wet from the storm & the location was amazing!

The rental was adequate but some aspects were not what we expected. The property was somewhat smaller than we thought. The parking was not adequate. We had a pickup truck that needed to be in the garage and it was too small. When we got the truck in the driver was not able to exit the truck. We then had to switch cars and put the one we needed to use to drive anywhere in the garage. Fortunately when Labor day was over we were able to get on street parking, Also we had concerns that there was only one exit from the house. When it was time to pack up we secured on street parking so we could load our vehicles. Otherwise we would have had to walk around the entire building. Also the hall bathroom was noted to have black mold on the shower head and the faucet. When we were sweeping there was a tremendous amount of dirt under the rug, much more than we could have made in the week we were there. Also it took all week to find teaspoon but we finally located them. There were not enough cereal size bowls. We found 2 regular bowls and 2 plastic kiddy bowls. Really the place was adequate for our needs but the little things made it interesting.

Plumbing very poor. Both toilets were not functioning properly. I spent three days with my hand in toilet tank adjusting the flapper every single time toilet was used. Other toilet clogged upon use. Took too long for plumber to come out. It was late Tuesday morning before problem addressed.

Sharon has worked with me the last two years. This summer rental was wonderful. We enjoyed our stay. The house was great! My family loved it too! We will rent again next summer. And when I retire I hope to find a condo in OCNJ.
