The house was very comfortable except for the beds. Mattresses were very hard and uncomfortable. Also could improve by adding a set of bunk beds in bedroom 3.

Was very pleased with how our agent, Lauren Greiner, handled a very urgent situation, whereby, we had no ac for 3 days. She called on someone whom she knew & was able to resolve the issue. She also supplied us with window fans until the ac was repaired.
Would highly recommend Lauren and will definitely call her if we decide to rent in Ocean City next year.
