The furniture is showing it's age---sofa cushions sink far down and primary bedroom mattress has deep body depressions.

The only and biggest problem we had were the neighbors upstairs they had very small children that ran around stomping at very early hours and through out the day! One other small issues was trash/ recycling cans other people using what was supposed to be ours and then not getting picked up

Extremely happy overall. Also want to note how nice our house was. Immaculate (especially for end of season), everything in working order, furniture was well kept and modern. Cynthia was helpful with our request of checking in early.

My parents used Berger many years ago, so I naturally went back to them. Trish was wonderful, patient when we were deciding, and quickly "understood" us and what we were looking for.
Regarding buying in Ocean City, if I were able to do that currently, I definitely would consider it. It is currently not an option, but I would work with Berger and Trish, if the time presented itself.
The house we rented was great and we had an enjoyable stay! Considering the same for next year! Thank you!
