Great house.
Well laid out.
Kitchen very well stocked.
A starter bag with a few essentials was supplied when we arrived. Good perk!

The house itself was very nice, it seemed like the owners didn't intend on renting it.
I would suggest having the proper kitchen equipment. There was no roasting pan, cookie sheet. I would also suggest having at least one roll of toilet paper supply for the renters. This would give a little time for a few bathroom uses while shopping for supply's. I'm having a hard time finding the email that says bring towels and linens. I would suggest your rental agency offer those supply's at an estra cost. It wasn't the easiest getting ahold of a linen company for help. We were required to sweep the floors when we left we also did so during our stay. There was no broom in the house for us to sweep. We baught the items the house did not have and left them as a curtesy. Most houses we rent during our travels have some type of a greeting book with instructions on how to use things in the house. Such as the electric awning on the deck and local amenities. It seemed like a luxury price for the house without the Custamer service from the owners or whoever is required to make sure the basics are supllied like a broom and cookie sheet to roast veggies. This didn't stop us at all from Having great time with our familey and friends. These are things that could have helped us out and also a few suggestions. When we buy our place in ocean city we will do things a little different when we rent it.
