House was not clean! Bathrooms, esp around toilets, were soiled and sticky. Refrigerator was very dirty, including dark hairs in drawers and bottim of freezer.

The property was beautiful. We were first floor which was convenient. Sound proofing was poor especially when toilet upstairs flushed!!!!! People pleasant. Enjoyed the beach

Our facility was very clean and beautifully appointed. Our car did not fit into the garage as the owners had a storage unit there. Only other complaint was the excessive noise of large groups every evening and night from upstairs unit. Loud voices and stomping up stairs.

Have rented with Berger for many years. Always a pleasure, with the exception of the 2pm rush to get keys. I understand it though and see it as unavoidable. Mike has always been there to do whatever it takes to make everything perfect. Well done.

Our rental property was beautiful and the location was great. Close to everything. I don't think we could have asked for anything more. The home owners had an instruction book for all the electronics, appliances, places to eat and so on that was very helpful.
