Property was appointed well (furniture and fixtures), rooms were spacious, washer/dryer was convenient, outside space was very nice. Initial problem with not having control over air con., but was resolved after a day. Would recommend outside wash area for after beach. TV was limited, no Phillies games available in package. One misguided complaint about our parked rental vehicle, but otherwise a very nice stay.
