Property was rented sight unseen. Needs TLC. Owner aware that one door lock was broke. Owner had a lot of people upstairs, with no regard for us below. Kids running and jumping all hours of the day and night. Wouldnt rent that property again. Matt is great! Berger is great.

This immaculate 5 bedroom 4.5 bathroom 2nd floor beach front was built in 2022 by the Price Brothers with no expense spared. The impressive foyer greets you and your guests with a warm welcome. Take the staircase or choose to ride the elevator to the living area level 2 floors up . The great room features a must-see upscale kitchen with all the culinary amenities, while the beautiful, soothing quartzite graces the large island, as well as surrounding countertops. The kitchen has a six burner gas stove, an oversized custom refrigerator, and plenty of cabinet space. A chef's delight, for sure. When it comes time to wind down head across the kitchen over to the custom built wet bar which features a a beverage center, an ice machine that produces 60 lbs of ice daily, and all of the wine glasses and beer mugs you will need. The dining and living area are extremely spacious with comfortable furnishings and seating for total relaxation. Have you seen the view? The ocean and dunes are truly breathtaking and as a backdrop, will make every portrait you take a masterpiece. The partially covered deck grants you the luxury of either sunbathing or relaxing in the shade as you take in the astonishing view. Off of the lower deck, gather your family for a treat by grilling up your favoite meals and enjoying the fenced in yard. The sumptuous dunes provide privacy, and the feeling of being on a secluded island. You will hear waves crashing on the shoreline, see the stars in the sky, and forget that you are just blocks away from the beginning of Ocean City's famous boardwalk, and all the fun and entertainment it offers. The five bedrooms, 3 of which have their own beautifully appointed bathrooms, are off the visually stunning hallway that features beautiful wainscoting and rounded wood-paneled ceiling. There are too many details to describe this home, but comfortably elegance is a good place to start.
