Overall, my family and I love this property. We have been renting it for years. Would request consideration of updating some furniture over time. Lower level couches are becoming less supportive after years of use, as are some of the mattresses. Otherwise, well maintained, clean, great location. And Nicole is wonderful to work with.

Rental is not well maintained by owner; kitchen was especially frustrating with leaking frig, nonfunctional disposal, and dishwasher bottom drawer that fell off its track every time it was opened

Loved the home on Wesley. It was our 3rd year at the same house because we love the location, beautiful views of the ocean, always clean, and great layout inside with plenty of room/amenities.

Could use a little TLC and a new dryer but overall a very good value for the money. Keep in mind that it's 3 stories so you are up and down steps constantly. That took its toll on us seniors. The only real negative is that everyone found the mattresses very soft and uncomfortable.

In general property clean, the cover for the ceiling fan light in living room was missing, the oven was filthy. Carpets need to be cleaned. Very few drinking glasses??? Bathrooms and refrigerator were very clean. Had a wonderful week. Thanks
