Fantastic property - was exactly as presented in the pictures. It had everything we needed, especially in the kitchen (minus linens and towels which we knew about and brought our own). Highly recommend.

The house is clean and the accommodations are excellent. Comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, comfortable recliners and a great covered porch. All of this plus designer window treatments and touches throughout the house. We already booked for 2024!

Our rental was a good choice for our 2 week September vacation. The location was very convenient which allowed us to walk or bike to most places. Plenty of room when family came down for long weekend.

Overall very nice location. There were no beach chairs, had to purchase them and leave there as no room for return trip home. Disappointing

Linda and Berger are great. The house overall was really nice and very well stocked. One major complaint was the hot water. Their hot water heater is no where near large enough for that house. Half of us took cold showers all week (and there were only 8 of us-the house can easily sleep more). We made it work but if it were mid summer, I would have been extremely angry. They need to get a bigger hot water tank. Nobody wants to take a cold shower everyday. We aren't sure if we would rent that house again because of this.

property was in good shape and everyone enjoyed his/her stay. mattress and pillows in the master bedroom were not the most comfortable but that's often a matter of personal taste. Hardly a matter of great concern; will just bring my own pillow next year!

Lauren was very helpful in finding us a rental.
If we return to OCNJ next summer we will certainly request her for our agent.
