We loved the location of our house - so close to the beach. It was very comfortable for our family of six. It needs some decor upgrades but we understood that the house is up for sale so why not have the new owners make the upgrades! We had a phenomenal week!!!

Kitchen was done nice, but all the bedrooms had a smell, rugs need to be picked up and vinyl floors need to be put down(mildew smell)

Sorry to hear this complaint of odor. We have carpets cleaned before each season and check them out. No one else complained of odor the entire season. Hope you will visit us again.
