Description

Adorable, renovated and redecorated single family home on Asbury Avenue. Located on the ocean side, its a convenient walk/bike ride to the beach or boardwalk. With a large grass backyard, deck area with dining, and screened porch, there are many options to relax and enjoy the outdoors.  

 

The 1st floor includes a living room/dining area, kitchen, full bath, and bedroom with a queen size bed. The 2nd floor has 2 bedrooms with a jack and jill bathroom. One bedroom houses 2 twins (owner provides a bed bridge in the closet to transform the 2 twins into a king size bed) and the other bedroom has 3 twins (2 twins with a trundle under one).  

 

Owner includes two folding chairs and tray tables in the closet for additional eating options. There is a large storage area outside, accessible by the tenants, that includes beach chairs, boogie boards, beach toys, and a beach cart. Also located outside is a weber grill for tenants use.

2353 Asbury is a little gem in Ocean City. It has everything you need for a relaxing vacation. The property is decorated beautifully and most importantly it is so clean and well kept. We would absolutely stay there again!

This is a sweet shore house with a great screened in porch that is perfect in case it rains. The deck is so nice for morning coffee/tea. It is conveniently located just three blocks from the beach and close to Uncle Bill's pancake house and Aunt Betty's Ice Cream.

House was clean and cozy. Screened-in back porch a huge plus for having meals and socializing. Added A/C units in loft bedrooms was a great convenience.

2353 Asbury was a delightful cottage. It was well appointed for a small family gathering. Had a great backyard, screen porch and deck. Thoughtful to have sand chairs and boggie boards. Window A/C worked fine even through very hot days and nights
