We have rented this property in the past, however, now the place seems to be going down hill, very tired, master bathroom had one faucet removed and water turned off.

Not sure of the question. Liked the nearby tennis and basketball courts. Excellent beach. Boardwalk bike riding, amusements and shopping. boardwalk.

It would be very useful to have a shade or awning installed on the front porch to block the morning sun on 3616 Wesley 1st floor.
The system Berger has for picking up and returning house keys is efficient.
