The layout was very nice and it was spacious but, the WiFi didn’t even reach the whole way through the house which isn’t good for a family with little kids. The porch had a very sad outdoor set up and no over head coverage other than an umbrella. We couldn’t stream on the “smart tv”. The kitchen definitely needs some kid friendly dinnerware, no place to hang wet swim wear and you couldn’t see the ocean from the roof top deck. The garage was very helpful and the location was great. Just be ready to use data and bring a device you can stream on. If you are literally just using it for sleeping and the location it’s nice but, for a family that actually cooks meals and likes to spend some down time at the condo it wasn’t what we expected.

Excellent service from Berger and John Clarke. Enjoyed our stay. The unit had an issue w the dishwasher which was not fixed. Wifi was not sufficient. That definitely should be upgraded. Mattresses were excellent. Beautiful unit, great location!!

This is a great place for your summer family vacation in Ocean City, NJ. You are just steps from our sandy beaches and beautiful Atlantic Ocean for a day of sun and fun. Evenings are for the Boardwalk, just casually walking or visiting the shops and eateries. There are 2 amusement parks for even more fun. Bring the bikes for early morning rides watching the sun rise and eating wonderful breakfasts. Come enjoy.
