2023 Summer Vacation
Overall, was disappointed in this property. Dryer was broke. (someone did come and fix it, however). Refrigerator wasn't real cold. Mattresses in bedrooms were about as cheap as you could possibly get. Area near steps on way to parking lot flooded easily, causing us to get feet soaked with even a little rain shower. TV was absolutely frustrating -we could not find regular TV. It was Roku or something-only the kids knew how to work it- with 3 remote controls. No pillows or TP or paper towels provided. Positives are location, nice hardwood floors, nice big porch. Have had better value for price, for sure.

Everything was fine. The only issue would be the tv provider. It is a Roku tv and it wasn’t user friendly if you aren’t familiar with that service. I guess I would prefer a cable tv service which would have local sports, news , and normal programming. That may have been available but I couldn’t figure it out. HaHa. Overall we would stay there again.

We were at 2621 Asbury Ave this year. The property was fine, but a little smaller/tighter than we expected from the pictures. The kitchen was a bit older than hoped with rusty spots on the appliances, notably the whole side and bottom of the refridgerator. And though the whole place was tidy when we got there, it could have been cleaned better, especially the kitchen (floor was dirty, food stuck in dishwasher and on drawers, garbage disposal smelled terrible) and bathrooms (grimy toilet on the side close to the wall)—-especially given Covid19!
