Compared to other rentals I've had in past, this one was a little lower than normal. Not as many kitchen materials, no towel rack in master bathroom, very little "extras" in the garage that we could use. Beach chairs but nothing else for kids. Bikes but they were locked.

Only thing missing that I would have liked is a tv in the master bedroom. Otherwise everything was very nice. Previous renter left some clothing in one of the drawers.
