You will feel relaxed the moment you pull up to this quiet south end family home on the corner of 45th and Asbury. Soak in the sight and sound of the ocean from your second-story decks or take the 1.5 block walk to enjoy the sand between your toes. The home has three bedrooms (1 main bedroom with a queen bed & en suite, 1 middle room with 2 twin beds, & 1 front bedroom with a full bed & private deck), plus 1 queen pullout sofa in the living room. Two full bathrooms (en suite has a shower while the other has a tub/shower combo) and 1 exterior shower with changing room. You will enjoy a 2-car garage (2 cars front to back) with a storage area via code access. You're covered on rainy days as well, with DVDs, games, cards, and puzzles provided. This property has been in in owner's family for generations and they look forward to personally getting it ready for your next stay.
