Cannot afford to buy in OCNJ but if I did, I would purchase the home we stayed in. Beautiful. Good location. Happy with off the street parking. Close to town. Also like the two outdoor spaces in front and back.

Our rental property at 1739 Asbury is just beautiful. It's owner keeps everything spotless. He also consistently updates items in the condo. One year it was new flooring. The next year was new bedroom furniture. This year both bathrooms were totally redone....upscale redone not just "rental redone". Lovely. I borrowed your one flooring idea for my hall bath. Family and friends have the same response. Thank you!

Only minor issue was that the coffee maker was noted in the description as being a Keurig, but wasn’t.

Joanne was great over the last couple months as we weighed the decision to still travel to Ocean City. The owners took additional steps to clean the property, which was very much appreciated during this time.

Property updated and beautifully decorated. Very clean and stocked. Brought our own supplies but found almost didn't need to (although we did use our own). Appreciate use of the bikes. Are thinking of taking a third week next year. Is this possible?
